This hotel has a prime location in the heart of the city, close to everything. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the hotel facilities were outstanding with a great gym and pool. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel offers great transportation services and parking facilities for guests.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and spacious.

The standard of the room service food was lower than expected. I was on the 1st floor and outside the bedroom window was an airconditioner/heater unit from the floor above which was very noisy. They had it on all night and the motor would cut in and out.

The spacious and well-presented 2-bedroom apartment was a highlight of our city break. The cleaning staff were attentive to our requests for extras and willing to provide daily top-ups of tea/coffee. The convenient location made it easy to explore the nearby attractions, and the balcony offered a fantastic view of the river.

The attached restaurant was not up to par. The meal we had was poorly cooked, and we were required to pay the full price.

Fox tv did not work, Kitchen was grubby / grimy.

One Bedroom apartment was quite spacious and well appointed; large bathroom; very comfortable bed and pillows; part city/part river view - pleasant enough outlook with small balcony.

Would have liked access to Wi-fi.

The hotel prices can be expensive when compared to other options in the area.

I would have like a higher floor level knew of a few people that booked after me and all where on higher floors for the same price. What ever happened to first in best dressed?

I had such a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The views over the river were absolutely breathtaking and provided a peaceful ambiance throughout my stay. The beds were extra comfy and the room was well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The service was consistently friendly and I was impressed with the attention to detail. This will definitely be my go-to accommodation for future business trips. Why stay anywhere else?

The size of the room was a bit small and I wish I had been given a river-facing room. But overall, the experience was still great and I would highly recommend this place to others.

The apartment was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the river. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our romantic escape enjoyable. It was conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and a shopping center.

The noise from the parrots in the evening was a bit bothersome, but it didn't ruin our overall experience. the pool could have been larger for those interested in going for a swim.
